Zhouzhuang. We took a day trip to Zhouzhuang, a small town on the Jinghang Canal. As with many tourist attractions in China, Zhouzhuang is a popular place for Chinese tour groups. On the day we went, however, (a Friday) there was only a handful of these groups. This meant we had a very relaxing and pleasant day.

We stayed a few days in Shanghai. Not from choice, really. Getting sick meant that we had to stay a little longer, but there is plenty to do and see around Shanghai, so it was an interesting place to be detained.
